For DEIPWORLD INC. (hereinafter “DEIP”, “Company”, “we” or “us”) ensuring of rights’ and interests’ protection of the Users is one of the most priority issues considering the peculiarities of usage of the DEIP services.
Provision of personal identifying information is necessary for the user in order to comply with the Terms of Use and any other documents of DEIP referring to this PRIVACY POLICY and to have access to the DEIP services receipt. Non-provision of the respective personal data by the User shall result in the inability for the DEIP to provide services to the User.
Within the present PRIVACY POLICY under personal data the information relating to identified or identifiable User is understood, in particular: name, surname, email address, job title, company (if case you represent the company), cookies. Personal data do not include anonymous data that do not relate to an identified or are not identifiable in relation to concrete User as well as depersonalized data.
Purpose of Users personal data processing:
We process personal data in order to provide the User’s access to the services provided by DEIP. We may use this information, to ensure that the Service functions properly, to determine how many users have visited certain pages or opened messages, or to prevent fraud. We also work with analytics providers which use cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about the use of the Service and report on activities and trends. If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a procedure in most browsers that allows you to automatically decline cookies or be given the choice of declining or accepting the transfer to your computer of a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular site. DEIP shall conduct processing of the following User’s information:
- For the newsletter – personal data (email address);
- For the IP Protection Platform request – registration data (username/name/surname/email address);
- Cookies.
Email address sourced from the “Subscribe to the Newsletter” form is to be stored in the Mailchimp database.
Registration data sourced from the “IP Protection Platform Registration page” will be stored in the DEIP cloud server.
The Google Analytics tool uses so-called cookies. These are text files, which are stored on your computer and provide us with data connected to your visit on our website (country of origin, number of clicks, etc.). The cookie-generated user engagement information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The User hereby freely gives specific, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing of the personal data relating to him or her and mentioned above for the purposes of personal data processing indicated hereto.
The User has the right to withdraw his or her personal registration data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal is made by the mere notification of DEIP via its Support service, i.e. by sending an e-mail to the address support@deip.world with the topic “Consent withdrawal”.
The User is also entitled to:
- Request the access to and rectification or erasure of personal registration data processed by DEIP;
- Restrict the processing of personal registration data concerning the User;
- Object to the processing of personal data concerning the User;
- Demand for the realization of the right to data portability from DEIP;
- Exercise the right to lodge a complaint with relevant supervisory authority.
The User is empowered to request one copy of the personal data undergoing processing free of charge. Any additional copies are provided on a reimbursement basis.
DEIP hereby undertakes not to conduct any disclosure or transfer of the User’s personal data to any third parties without receipt of personal consent of the User.
DEIP uses the safety measures for ensuring the confidentiality of the User’s information as well as for the protection of the User’s information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, misuse, amendment or destruction.
The User is obliged to ensure the safety of the registration data indicated by him or her for safe usage of DEID.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may make changes to this Policy. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Platform or by sending you an email or other communication. We encourage you to read this Policy periodically to stay up-to-date about our privacy practices. Your use of DEIP services following these changes means that you accept the revised Policy.
If the User does not agree to the applicability of the new version of the PRIVACY POLICY, the User will discontinue the usage of the DEIP services and will not be allowed to use its Personal account without provision of an unambiguous consent to the applicability of the new version of the PRIVACY POLICY.
